Capacity Building Trainings
Capacity building training is a specialized set of program that is designed to enhance the skillset, knowledge and ability of individuals and groups to manage changing circumstances, identify development challenges and meet them in a sustainable manner. These trainings programs aim to empower participants with tools and techniques to improve their performance, productivity and overall effectiveness.
- Statistical Quality Control: This training program aim at statistical methods for controlling the quality of the data along with continuous improvement. In this program, participants learn the collection and analysis of data, identify trends and make informed decisions to improve it further.
- 7 Quality Tools: In this program, a 2 days Internal Auditor Course is offered, which cover 7 basic quality tools like; Pareto analysis, fishbone diagrams, control charts and Scatter Diagram etc. This program helps participants learn the usage of these tools to identify and solve quality related problems.
- Six Sigma & Total Quality Management: This training program introduce participants to Six Sigma methodology and TQM (Total Quality Management) principles, where they learn how to identify and eliminate the defects in order to reduce variability and improve overall quality of the data.
- Managerial Effectiveness & Leadership Development: The main purpose of this training program is to develop the leadership skills of participants along with decision making and effective management practices. This training program teaches participants about how to motivate teams, manage changes and drive quality results from them.
- Stress Management: This program develops the stress management ability of participants in order to improve their mental well-being and help them maintain a healthy work-life balance. With the help of this training program, participant learn about how to keep their mind calm even in stressful situations.
- Behavioral Training: Behaviour Training is a specialized training program that target behavioral aspects of individuals such as communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills of participants. With this training program, participants learn the art of building healthy relationships, effective communicate and work collaboratively.
- 5S Housekeeping: At last we have 5S Housekeeping, which introduces participants to the 5S methodology, that focuses on workplace organization, standardization and housekeeping practices. This training program makes it easy for participants to learn how to implement 5S principles to improve efficiency, reduce waste and enhance productivity.
